大纽约地区清华校友会职场论坛II：

“金融就业大格局及投行申请解密”

亲爱的清华小伙伴们，

投行以及其它顶尖金融服务类公司(Financial Services)的校园招聘通常领先于其它行业，正在光速进行中。到十一月底，2014实习招聘 (internship)的校园宣讲高峰将结束，然后转入为明年一月份首轮面试选秀的环节。而2014全职招聘(full-time)则更快，offer将基本发完。

在11月23日周六，大纽约地区清华校友会职场论坛将继10月成功举办“金融咨询类”校友交流活动之后，进一步深化，推出“金融就业大格局及投行申请解密”讲座，旨在帮助同学们：

As a former investment banker at Morgan Stanley in NYC, Lilly has recruited hundreds of graduate and undergraduate students from top schools who aim to pursue highly competitive career tracks. Lilly has also worked closely with senior diversity officers to recruit talent at leading companies on and off Wall Street such as Goldman Sachs, Federal Reserve Bank of NY, Moody’s, American Express, Vanguard, and ExxonMobil. A decade ago, she founded the 1st non-profit organization focusing on career counseling for Chinese students, serving 500+ students in the greater Boston area.

Elaine broke into the buy-side business with an engineering background. She has worked for Morgan Stanley Investment Management (AUM $360B), AllianceBernstein (AUM $446B), the investment division of The Ford Foundation (AUM $10B), and the asset allocation division of Prudential Financial (AUM $1T). Elaine has been actively involved in the Superday recruiting events and career fair info sessions. During Financial Crisis, Elaine served as the chief planner of the 1st forum for Chinese oversea students, including 16 top universities in China, in the greater New York area.
